Each player may hold only one 8k81 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 To register and use the 8k81 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
2.2 8k81 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 If you no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements at any point during your use of the Platform, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify 8k81 support.
3.1 To access the full features of the 8k81 Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8k81 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 8k81 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8k81 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8k81 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify 8k81 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You can reach our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 8k81 is required to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents when requested. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
4.1 Deposits. 8k81 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8k81 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
4.3 8k81 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 8k81 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8k81 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 8k81 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 8k81 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 8k81 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively removed without cause.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 All bets placed on the 8k81 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or betting section of the Platform.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 8k81 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 8k81 at any time.
6.4 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are published within the relevant game or betting section. 8k81 reserves the right to limit winnings that exceed published payout caps.
6.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by 8k81's system shall be the definitive reference. 8k81's decision on all disputes is final.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k81 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
7.2 8k81 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
8.1 All content on the 8k81 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of 8k81 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 The 8k81 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 8k81. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 8k81.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k81 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 8k81 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 In no event shall 8k81's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.1 8k81 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 8k81 may share your personal data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights and how to exercise them.
11.1 8k81 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. 12.1 Termination by You. You may close your 8k81 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and withdrawal requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Termination by 8k81. 8k81 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 8k81 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
